We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site, and to download and adapt any templates we make available, for your own lawful internal organisational or personal compliance purposes.

• You may view, print and download content for your own internal reference.
• You may adapt downloadable templates and registers for use within your organisation.
• You must retain any attribution or notices contained in materials you download.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
• Resell, sublicense, republish or commercially exploit the Site's content without our prior written consent.
